Here at ABMG, Inc. we care deeply about the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and the communities in which we work. It is our top priority to ensure everyone’s safety while continuing to offer the same quality of service to our clients.

Q: Are you still open? How can I contact you?

A: Our physical locations in Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, & San Diego/Carlsbad are temporarily closed.

However, we are fully operational working remotely & securely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

Q: Can I get my tax return done?

A: Yes, we know how much clients need their tax return refunds & we want to do the work for you.

Q: How do I get my tax documents to ABMG, Inc.?

A: We have 3 options for sending your tax documents.

  • By email: taxes@abmginc.com
  • By FedEx: Call us 818-719-6541 and we can assist in gathering and getting us copies of your tax documents.
  • By regular USPS mail: 5973 Avenida Encinas, Suite 200, Carlsbad, CA 92008

Q: Can I make an appointment?

A: Yes, we are scheduling appointments by Phone or Video (Zoom). In-person appointments may be possible. Please call 818-719-6541 to schedule an appointment.

Q: When are the tax deadlines?

A:

Form 1065 – March 15, 2021
Form 1120S – March 15, 2021
Form 1040 – April 15, 2021
Form 1120 – April 15, 2021

Estimates

  • Federal: 1st quarter estimates due 4/15/2021
  • CA State 1st quarter estimates due 4/15/2021
  • CA LLC taxes and fees due 4/15/2021
  • IRA and HSA Contribution deadline for 2020 is 4/15/2021

California Sales Tax: CA Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) providing extensions for filing and payments available through 5/11, but must make request for relief on the website or by email

EDD Payroll Taxes: Can request 60-day extension to file and deposit, but must be written request within 60 days of original due date

Property Taxes: State can’t control. Ask the county of origin for where the property taxes due. (e.g. LA County says property taxes still due 4/10, but might wave late penalty)

Q: How do I pay IRS for my taxes, or estimated taxes?

A: Individual – Direct pay what you owe to the IRS online with direct pay: https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay

Business – Best option for businesses or large payments (enrollment required): https://www.irs.gov/payments/eftps-the-electronic-federal-tax-payment-system
